Who we are  

As award-winning consulting engineers, for 65 years TTW Engineers have partnered with architects, developers, builders and project managers to tackle the most complex projects and engineer their vision. 
 
We are a privately-owned company, working internationally we offer the benefits of scale with disciplines successfully delivering significant projects through structural, civil, traffic, façade and construction engineering services.

About the TTW 2027 Graduate Program 

Joining TTW Engineers as a graduate means making a real impact from day one. You’ll contribute to landmark projects across diverse sectors, from iconic high‑rise buildings to public sculptures, major road redesigns and more.

Who we are looking for 

To be considered, applicants must hold full Australian working rights. 

We’re seeking highly motivated, curious and passionate Graduate Engineers who want to work on meaningful, technically challenging and rewarding projects.

Some other key requirements include: 

• You must be in your final year of study for 2026, enrolled in a tertiary engineering qualification from an Australian institution  

• Possess no more than 12 months’ local experience in structural, civil, traffic or façade engineering 

• Have a basic awareness of Australian engineering regulatory requirements 

• Passionate about teamwork and collaboration and a willingness to learn quickly
