We’re looking for a Associate Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering innovative, practical, and economical solutions across a wide variety of projects. In this position, you’ll not only provide technical expertise but also guide and mentor junior team members, manage complex projects from concept to completion, and build strong client relationships that support TTW's reputation as an industry leader.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading medium to large-scale projects, including pricing, tender submissions, technical documentation, scheduling, and resourcing.

• Applying engineering principles to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

• Producing high-quality designs, reports, proposals, and specifications within deadlines.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while staying across industry trends.

• Mentoring and supporting engineers, drafters, and graduates, sharing technical expertise and best practices.

• Ensuring compliance with codes, policies, and WHS practices.

• Contributing to company growth through effective project and financial management.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of engineering experience with a proven track record in project delivery.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).

• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding teams.

• A collaborative, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.

• A passion for innovation and staying up to date with the latest engineering methodologies.
